Meet the people at Twin City Homebrewing, a family-owned local business. We are here to help you with all of your brewing and wine making needs.

Kyle Karraker (Owner and Beer Brewer): Kyle has been brewing beer for over 20 years. He has been enjoying it for a little longer than that. He has been a member of AbNormal Brewers since the early 1990s. He is happy to help you with all of your brewing needs and answer your questions, whether you are just starting out or have been brewing for a while.
Favorite beer style: IPA
Favorite wine: Pinot Noir

Dana Karraker (President of the Corporation- the lawyer's idea): Dana is a quick study on all of this beer brewing and wine making. Her interests lie in helping you plan for your special occasions. If you are interested in making wine or beer for a special occasion such as a wedding, anniversary, graduation, or birthday, she will help you with that. She is also the one who will plan the special events at the shop from demonstrations to contests.
Favorite style: Wheat
Favorite wine: Pinot Grigio

Dylan Karraker (grain grinder and store musician) He has been watching beer brewing in his house all of his life. He likes to help the beginning brewers put together kits to get started. He will also mill your grains for you while you wait. You may find him playing his guitar in the store as well.
Favorite style: IPA
Favorite wine: Sweet Mead


Kyle E. Karraker (not to be confused with the owner) He also has been around beer brewing most of his life. He is happy to help you put together a recipe.

Favorite wine: He really doesn't drink wine

Bethany Karraker (occasional employee and pastry chef) Bethany is away at culinary school but will be at the shop for special occasions. She will create special treats for store events. Her speciality is Stout Chocolate Cupcakes. Look on the recipe page for some of her recipes that incorporate beer and wine.
Favorite style: (Anything fruity) Strawberry Blonde Ale
Favorite wine: Was very excited to buy Two Buck Chuck when she turned 21.

Lucy (Shoppe Dog) It's a tough job, but somebody has to do it.  She will warmly greet you as you come in to the store.
